Eden Prairie at Edina
7 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 6

Can Edina topple Eden Prairie and redeem what has been a recent slip in performance?

The No. 6-2A Hornets (9-5-1) are coming off a 5-3 win over No. 14-2A Hopkins, but momentum won't be enough to take down the undefeated No. 1-2A Eagles (14-0-3).

The Eagles have nine players with four or more goals, including Naomi Rogge and Angie Heppelmann with 10 each.

Edina's defense is its strength, but it's unlikely that the Hornets will play the rare role of spoiler if leading goal-scorer Taylor Williamson can't find her groove and add to her impressive 21 goals. Emily Oden has 13 goals and 20 points for Edina.
