Chaska/Chanhassen at New Prague
7:15 p.m., Friday, Dec. 4

Chaska/Chanhassen junior Lydia Passolt (13-7-20) draws the attention of defenses, especially after opening the season with back-to-back four-goal games.

Passolt went scoreless in a 5-1 loss to No. 1-1A Blake and a 3-0 loss to No. 4-2A Wayzata, but bounced back with five goals and five assists in the last three games.

The No. 11-2A Storm Hawks are coming off a 6-4 loss to No. 3-1A Breck, the start of a tough stretch against ranked opponents for Chaska/Chanhassen (4-3), which includes a game at No. 5-2A Eden Prairie before heading to No. 9-1A New Prague and then a home matchup with No. 2-2A Minnetonka on Dec. 8.

New Prague (4-3-1) hasn’t had trouble scoring with sophomore forward and Minnesota commit Catie Skaja leading the way. Skaja has at least one goal in the past seven games and has had six multi-point performances.

Skaja tallied two goals and an assist to lead the Trojans to a 4-2 win over Prior Lake on Nov. 28. She also had a goal and an assist in a 5-4 loss to No. 16-2A Centennial on Nov. 27.

Jordan Anderson (5-7-12) had a goal and two assists in each of New Prague's last two games. Sami Witt and Kaitlyn Blair have three goals apiece for the Trojans.
