Eastview at Lakeville South

Janna Haeg has Lakeville South (14-4-1, 12-0-1) flying high with eight goals and five assists to lead the Cougars on their six-game unbeaten streak.

Lakeville South and Eagan tied 2-2 on Monday afternoon to keep the Cougars' cushion over the Wildcats in the South Suburban Conference standings at two games (four points).

Along with Eastview, which is third in the league standings just three games (five points) behind Lakeville South, each team has four contests left leading up to what will be a fantastic finish in the conference title race.

The Lightning (11-5-4, 9-2-3) tied the Cougars on Dec. 12 but have just one win in its past seven games. Natalie Snodgrass missed two of those matchups but returned Jan. 16 and recorded a goal and three assists in a 7-0 win over Apple Valley.

Molly Beckman (7-8-15) had three goals and an assist in the victory for Eastview, which started the season 10-1-2.
