Wayzata at Minnetonka
7 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 19

Presley Norby was golden for Minnetonka on Jan. 16, scoring three goals in a 3-2 victory over No. 5-2A Eden Prairie just a day after winning a gold medal with the U.S. Women’s Under-18 National Team in the World Championships in Ontario, Canada.

With the win, the No. 2-2A Skippers (16-2-2, 4-1-1) claimed a half-game lead over the No. 5-2A Eagles (14-6-2, 4-2) in the Lake Conference standings.

Wayzata, which started the season with a 10-game unbeaten streak, is trying to turn things around after going 3-6-1 in their last 10 contests and losing their last two by a combined score of 13-1.

The offense should receive a jolt as Trojans' leading scorer Natalie Heising (16-18-34) returns to the lineup after skating with the U.S. Women’s Under-18 National Team at the World Championships.
