Minnetonka at Roseau
7 p.m., Friday, Nov. 18

Minnetonka showed its might by opening the season with an 11-0 win over Bloomington Jefferson on Nov. 10, then highlighted its grit by battling back to salvage a 4-4 tie with Prior Lake two days later.

Leading the No. 5-2A Skippers (1-0-1) in scoring is senior defender Camille von Steinbergs (1-5-6), a Union College commit. Emma Bigham, Grace Hoelscher and Kailey Langefels have also contributed heavily to the offense, recording four points apiece already this season.

Two years removed from its last state tournament appearance, Roseau could send a statewide message with a win over the Skippers.

The Rams (0-1) were shut out by River Lakes 1-0 to start the season, but return last season's leading scorers: senior forward Lindsey Santl (26-17-43) and junior defender Jenna Byfuglien (13-23-36).
