Centennial vs. Edina
7 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 22

Centennial's impressive run of recent games is slightly blemished by two 5-4 losses to No. 2-1A Breck and No. 3-2A Maple Grove. The No. 7-2A Cougars (7-2, 6-1), who have outscored five opponents 33-8 in December, can clear up any dissappointments about the defeats with a victory over No. 1-2A  Edina on Thursday.

Junior forward and North Dakota commit Gabbie Hughes (13-22-35) and junior Ohio State commit Anneke Linser (12-17-29) have been at the forefront of Centennial's scoring barrage, with each tallying six goals this month.

Edina (8-0, 1-0) has rolled to a perfect record behind an offense that features four players with 10 or more points and a defense that has allowed just 12 goals in eight games.

Junior forward and Minnesota commit Emily Oden (9-4-13) and senior Minnesota Duluth commit Anna Klein (4-9-13) are the primary catalysts for the Hornets' attack.
