Eagan vs. Eastview
7 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 20
Eagan has fizzled as of late, recording losses to No. 11-2A Wayzata and No. 9-2A Lakeville South in back-to-back games last week.
The No. 13-2A Wildcats (6-3-1, 6-1-1) are second in the South Suburban Conference standings and need a win over Eastview to stay within striking distance of league-leading Lakeville South.
Junior forward and Minnesota Duluth commit Taylor Anderson's 10 goals leads Eagan and is tied for the most in the conference.
Eastview (5-6, 4-3) is on a three-game losing streak after falling to No. 5-1A St. Paul United, No. 9-2A Lakeville South and Apple Valley.
The Lightning do not have a player who's reached double-digit points, but they will rely on goaltender Kaitlyn Pellicci. The senior has logged a conference-high 561 minutes, 45 seconds in net this season.
