St. Paul United vs. Blake
7:30 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 3

St. Paul United carries a six-game winning streak into this matchup, a run that includes four shutouts.

Goaltender Jillian Oncay has been at the forefront of the defensive resurgence since taking the starting spot on Dec. 8. The eighth-grader has been in goal for all four shutouts and five of those six victories.

She also boasts a .986 save percentage of .986 for the No. 3-1A United (13-2-1) but will be tested by the Blake offense, which features five players with 12 or more total points through 14 games. Leading that attack is sophomore forward Izzy Daniel, with eight goals and 17 points.

The Bears (11-2-1) have been the top-ranked team in Class 1A since the preseason, and the defending state champions have outscored opponents 53-18 this season.
