Blue is the color of the cooperative hockey team 18-year-old Jenna Privette was playing for when she was checked from behind into the boards Friday. Privette is a senior at St. Croix Lutheran High School in West St. Paul.

School President Gene Pfeifer says a wristband sale to defray Jenna's medical expenses could begin as early as Thursday.

Jenna's brother, Jake, said Tuesday she still has no feeling in her legs, although she has a tingling feeling in her arms. He says she remains in satisfactory condition at HCMC.

Jenna was injured in a game she'd dedicated to 16-year-old Jack Jablonski, a Benilde-St. Margaret's player paralyzed in a Dec. 30 game.
