Minnetonka drew the top seed in Class 2A while Breck is seeded No. 1 in Class 1A for next week's state high school girls' hockey tournament.

The Skippers, who defeated Benilde-St. Margaret's in overtime Friday night, will play Eagan in the quarterfinals Thursday evening at Xcel Energy Center. Breck, a 5-2 winner over Blake on Thursday, will play Chisago Lakes on Wednesday at Xcel.

Here are the pairings and seedings released Saturday morning by the Minnesota State High School League:

Class 2A 
All games Thursday at Xcel Energy Center

11 a.m./ 2 seed Roseville (24-2-2) vs. Grand Rapids/Greenway (18-7-3)
1 p.m./ 3 seed Edina (18-4-6) vs. Mounds View (21-6-1)
6 p.m./ 1 seed Minnetonka (22-5-1) vs. Eagan (22-3-3)
8 p.m./ 4 seed Lakeville North (22-5-1) vs. Roseau (19-6-3)

Class 1A 
All games Wednesday at Xcel Energy Center

11 a.m./ 2 seed Warroad (22-4-1) vs. Detroit Lakes (12-15)
1 p.m./ 3 seed South St. Paul (20-7) vs. New Ulm (13-13-1)
6 p.m./ 1 seed Breck (24-2-1) vs. Chisago Lakes (20-7-1)
8 p.m./ 4 seed Red Wing (19-7-1) vs. Hutchinson (15-12)

Semifinal games in both classes are Friday. The Class 1A final is at noon on Saturday. The Class 2A final is at 7 p.m. Saturday.
