Player of the Week Candidates:

Lexi Edwards, International Falls F, Senior: Edwards recorded 2 goals and 4 assists for International Falls en route to a 8-2 victory over Park Rapids. Edwards currently leads the team with 6 assists.

Gabbie Hughes, Centennial F, Junior: Centennial shut out Spring Lake Park/Coon Rapids this week with Hughes playing a major role. Hughes recorded 3 goals and 3 assists in the 7-0 win.

Jessica Bird, Moose Lake-Willow River F, Senior: Bird scored 4 goals for Moose Lake-Willow River in the 5-0 win over Cloquet-Esko-Carlton. Moose Lake looks to stay undefeated this week against Eveleth-Gilbert.

Renee Saltness, Rochester John Marshall F, Senior: Saltness had an impressive performance for Rochester John Marshall recording 3 goals and 2 assists in the 5-2 victory over Academy of Holy Angels. Saltness currently ranks 3rd in the state with 11 goals on the season.

Samantha Och, North Wright County F, Freshman: Och finished with 2 goals and 3 assists leading North Wright County to a 6-3 victory over Benilde-St. Margaret’s.

Callie Fagerstrom, Thief River Falls D, Senior: Fagerstrom recorded 2 goals and 4 assists for Thief River Falls to lead them to a 15-0 win over Park Rapids. Thief River Falls looks to add to their 6 game winning streak this week against Roseau.

Brooke Walters, Sartell/Sauk Rapids F, Sophomore: Walters finished with 2 goals and 3 assists for Sartell/Sauk Rapids in the 8-0 win over Bemidji.

Raelyn Korinek, Elk River/Zimmerman F, Senior: Korinek played a large role in the 10-0 win for Elk River over Robbinsdale Armstrong. Korinek finished with 1 goal and 4 assists.

Paetyn Levis, Rogers F, Junior: Levis stuffed the stat sheet with an impressive 7 goals for Rogers leading them to a 9-3 win over Fergus Falls. Levis is currently 2nd in the state with 13 goals for the season.

Nikki Harnett, Robbinsdale Armstrong/Cooper G, Sophomore: Harnett finished the night with 36 saves for Robbinsdale Armstrong as they fell to Anoka 2-1.
