Abra Invitational • Quarterfinals

EDINA 3, IRONDALE 1: Edina pressured the Irondale from the opening faceoff and rarely gave future Gophers recruit Meghan Lorence any room to maneuver in a dominating victory. Sami Reber scored two goals and Christe Brauer added a third as the Hornets outshot the Knights 40-14, including a 15-3 advantage in the third period to qwell any potential Irondale rally.

LAKEVILLE SOUTH 2, HOPKINS 1 (OT): Darby Lindgren made sure the only shot taken in overtime was a good one, scoring at 2:28 for the Cougars. Hopkins' Grace Bizal sent the game to OT with a goal at 14:36 of the third period.

COON RAPIDS 6, GRAND RAPIDS/GREENWAY 2: Coon Rapids showed that it's more than just star forward Rachael Bona and her supporting cast. Six players scored goals as Coon Rapids raced out to a 3-0 first-period lead and cruised past Grand Rapids. The Cardinals outshot the Lightning 43-21.

HILL-MURRAY 6, DULUTH NORTHERN STARS 0: The Pioneers used a balanced attack, scoring twice in each period, and rolled into Tuesday’s semifinals. Sarah Bobrowski scored twice – the only Hill-Murray player with more than one goal – and goalie Ali McKeever made 19 saves to pick up her second shutout in her last three outings.
