Player of the Week winner

Andrea Schreiber, Mankato East. The junior goaltender allowed just one goal while facing 48 shots in a 2-1 win over Owatonna, posting a .979 save percentage

Player of the Week candidates

Margo Achterkirch, Owatonna. The senior forward contributed two goals and two assists — one each on the power play — to lead the Huskies past Austin 6-4.

Ali Beltz, New Ulm. The senior forward led the Eagles to a 14-2 rout of Fairmont, scoring three goals and adding three assists to bring her state-leading scoring total to 29 and state-leading points total to 50.

Haylee Blinkhorn, Hill-Murray. In a 12-1 win over Hastings, the junior forward scored a goal, had one short-handed assist, and added four more assists for six points.

Brooklyn Delap, Bemidji. In a 2-0 win over Crookston, the junior goaltender stopped all 46 shots she faced.

Taylor Heise, Red Wing. The senior forward scored four goals and added three assists for seven points in a 10-0 win over Rochester Century. Heise is second in the state in goals (28) and points (39).

Kyndra McDougalll, Detroit Lakes. The junior goaltender was nearly perfect facing a barrage of shots, making 50 saves (.980 save percentage) in a 4-1 win over Park Rapids.

Emily Musielewicz, St. Cloud. In a 2-0 win over Alexandria, the senior goalie made 47 saves.

Lizi Norton, Orono. The senior factored into all Orono goals, tallying two goals and two assists at even strength and adding three more assists on power plays in a 7-4 win over New Prague.

Andrea Schreiber, Mankato East. The junior goaltender allowed just one goal while facing 48 shots in a 2-1 win over Owatonna, posting a .979 save percentage.

Nicole Wander, River Lakes. In a 3-2 overtime win over Alexndria, the junior goalie stopped 42 of 44 shots for a .955 save percentage.
