Deal close to final to bring Cooper, Amrstrong programs together
With a continuing struggle to find enough players in the Cooper hockey program, a combining of the Cooper and Armstrong programs is close to being finalized.
The Robbinsdale school board, the North Suburban and Northwest Suburban Conferences, and Class 2A, Section 6 have approved the proposed co-op.
