Comments from 2012 Campers

Comments from 2012 Campers:

“It is a camp that will kick your butt but you will get so much out of it!”

“Literally, Eat Sleep Hockey.”

“This camp made me realize what I wanted for my hockey future.”

“They (coaches) pushed me to do things I’d never thought I’d be able to do.”

“Such a great camp! I have had tons of fun. Sore half the time though.”

“Goalies – this is like the best camp. You will get sore, you will get tired, but if you try and do your best to listen, most likely you will get some amazing information that will help you during the season and get better! Plus you get to know some amazing people.”

“Awesome week, tough and pushes you to the max but walked out stronger and feeling accomplished. Well educated coaches and staff.”

“Everyone tries to help you work your hardest to improve but still has a fun side so it’s serious but fun at the same time”

“Most fun and useful camp I’ve been to!”

“The intensity is awesome.”

JUNE 23rd – 28th, 2013

Location:  Breezy Point

Goals:

  • Provide players with information, tools, programs, ideas etc. that they can take with them and work on their own during the off-season and throughout the season.
  • Allow players to see where they rank with others in the state at a young enough age so that if they dreams of playing at higher levels, they know how far they need to go.
  • Give players a taste of what it is like to train at the high, intense level that they will encounter if they choose to move on to the collegiate level or beyond.
  • Give players who may not be on teams that are rich in talent an opportunity to work and train with other players of equal talent.

Development Camp:

  • Those players making the camp spend a week (Sunday night thru Friday) at Breezy Point.
  • The camp is very hockey intensive. It is not intended to be a summer camp; this is a development camp. Players train all day.
