East Grand Forks at Roseau
7 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 15

No. 5-2A Roseau is 14-3 and poised to make a late-season run that could solidify its section seeding, so long as it can avoid losing to lesser competition. The Rams' remaining schedule includes only two teams currently ranked in the top 10 in Class 1A, one is No. 5 Warroad and the other is their opponent on Thursday, No. 6 East Grand Forks (10-4-1).

The Green Wave lost to the Rams 4-2 on Dec. 16, and defeating Roseau this time won't be easy as East Grand Forks is still searching for a true goal scorer.  Erica Eades, with a team-best 11 goals, is one of two East Grand Forks players with double-digit goal totals.

Tianna Gunderson is Roseau's top scorer with 21 goals and 38 points, and the forward could bolster her Ms. Hockey campaign with a big performance.
