Rochester John Marshall/Lourde at Dodge County
7 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 15

Dodge County is still trying to find an elusive victory against a team ranked in Class 2A's top 10. The No. 8-2A Wildcats (14-3) have lost to No. 6 Edina, No. 4 Hill-Murray and No. 10 Lakeville North, and they won't find one against Rochester John Marshall as the Rockets (14-1-2) are No. 19. However, Dodge County will pick up an important victory over a Section 1 foe with a win.

The Wildcats boast the state's top scorer in Dana Rasmussen, who has an astounding 35 goals and 56 points. Junior forward Bella Wagner gives Dodge County a second go-to scorer. She has 14 goals and 42 points.

Rochester John Marshall may not have a player who can match Rasmussen's stats, but the Rockets aren't devoid of scorers. Rebecca Freiburger leads the team with 28 goals and has 14 assists, while Renee Saltness has 50 points (22 goals and 28 assists).
