Roseau at Sartell/Sauk Rapids
7:15 p.m.. Friday, Jan. 23

Roseau has assembled an excellent season so far, playing to a 15-3-2 record, and the Rams likely benefit from playing outside the metro area and playing under the radar of other teams in the state.

Tianna Gunderson is still playing like one of the best players in the state for No. 7-2A Roseau, recording 21 goals and 17 assists.

Like Roseau, Sartell/Sauk Rapids is also playing the role of underdog outside the metro area.

The Storm'n Sabres have a comparable record to the Rams (14-3-3) and also boast a star goal scorer with Olivia Stockinger, who has a team-high 14.

Roseau may have more offensive firepower, but Sartell/Sauk Rapids has an elite goaltender in Clare Minnerath, who has played all but 51 minutes this season for her squad. She's posting an impressive .936 save percentage while facing 501 shots on goal.
