Dodge County at Maple Grove
7 p.m., Friday, Dec. 4

Minnesota recruit Katie Robinson has helped fill the void left by the graduation of Dana Rasmussen by facilitating Dodge County's offense from her defender position.

Robinson (1-8-9) is tied for the team lead in points while Molly Shelton (6-1-7) and Bella Wagner (5-4-9) have done much of the scoring for a Wildcats team with victories over No. 8-1A Red Wing and No. 19-2A Stillwater.

No. 12-2A Dodge County (5-2) is coming off a 5-1 win over Academy of Holy Angels in which Wagner had two goals, but she will face a tougher task with No. 6-2A Maple Grove.

Following a 4-1 loss to No. 3-2A Edina in the season opener, the Crimson (4-1-2) have gone undefeated in six consecutive games, including a 3-1 victory over No. 8-2A Blaine and a 1-1 tie with No. 7-2A Elk River.

Taylor Wente had three goals in a 5-1 win over Andover on Nov. 28 while Katie Denecke and Claire McLean scored for the Crimson, who trailed 1-0 after the first period. Wente’s hat trick ended a two-game scoreless stretch and tied her with Denecke for the team lead in goals with six.
