After No. 9-2A Chaska/Chanhassen rallied from a two-goal deficit to become the first team to earn a tie with Minnetonka this season, the Skippers made sure to put away rival Wayzata.

Presley Norby found another gear as she scored a season-high four goals in No. 2-2A Minnetonka's 5-0 victory over the No. 4-2A Trojans on Dec. 12. Norby, who has 17 goals and six assists on the season, has consistently proved to be a difference-maker with four game-winning goals for the Skippers (9-0-1, 1-0).

Goalie Tatyana Delaittre has played well, posting a 1.08 goals-against average and a .942 save percentage to go with four shutouts.

Eden Prairie (7-2-2) has shown more offense in its past four games, with Lauren Oberle scoring two goals in back-to-back victories over Holy Family/Waconia and Rochester John Marshall/Lourdes. Oberle had just two goals and two assists prior to those games.

Eden Prairie was outshot 35-27 and gave up two power-play goals in a 2-2 tie with No. 12-2A Dodge County on Dec. 12. Sophomore defender and Minnesota commit Crystalyn Hengler and senior forward Anna Gravelle scored for the No. 6-2A Eagles
