Eden Prairie and Minnetonka meet for the second time this season in a game that could determine the Lake Conference championship.

Emma Bigham’s power-play goal lifted the Skippers over the Eagles 2-1 in the first meeting. Eden Prairie outshot Minnetonka 34-30 in the game and went 0-for-5 on the power play.

Bigham (15-6-21) started an eight-game scoring streak with that goal, helping put the No. 3-2A Skippers (14-2-2, 2-1-1) in a position to secure the top spot in the league standings a win over the No. 5-2A Eagles (13-5-2, 3-1) on Saturday.

Lauren Oberle scored twice in the Eagles' 2-1 overtime win against No. 7-1A New Prague on Jan. 7, and Kate Rydland scored the game-winner in a 1-0 win over No. 2-2A Edina on Jan. 9.
