Friday's tilt between North Wright County and Rogers will showcase one of the state's most productive offensive players.
North Wright County junior Mackenzie Bourgie, a St. Cloud State commit, is a critical part of the River Hawks offense. She has 28 points this season, including a two-goal, four-assist performance in an 8-1 win against Chisago Lakes on Nov. 30.
North Wright County (7-2, 2-1) wrapped up last week with a highly competitive 5-4 loss at Roseau on Dec. 8.
Rogers (5-2-2, 2-1-1) counters with an attack that includes Samantha Scherling, who has eight goals and 18 points this season.
