Breck vs. Blake

7 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 14

Breck’s Olivia Mobley is having a tremendous season, amassing 29 points to rank second in the state with ... Blake’s Lily Delianedis, who has been just as good en route to her 29 points.

These longtime rivals, who have been perennially perched atop the state’s girls’ hockey hierarchy, are studies in similarities right down to their state rankings (Blake is No. 4 in Class 2A and Breck is No. 1 in Class 1A) and season records (Blake has one loss; Breck has two).

Mobley, a senior committed to Quinnipiac, has 18 goals and 11 assists for the Mustangs (9-2-0, 0-0-0). Delianedis, a senior committed to Cornell, leads the Bears (7-1-1, 1-0-0) in all scoring categories (14 goals, 15 assists, 29 points).
