Top performer winner

Top performer candidates

Lily Delianedis, Blake. Delianedis, a Cornell commit, and the Bears were more than ready for their Thanksgiving week, as the Bears notched a 6-2 victory over Proctor/Hermantown on Nov. 29. The senior forward scored twice in an eight-minute span during the first period — the first on a power play — to help Blake to a 3-0 lead. Delianedis tallied two assists later to seal the win.

Emerald Kelley, East Ridge. The senior goaltender faced a season-high 47 shots in a 4-2 defeat of Forest Lake on Nov. 27, posting a .957 save percentage and earning her third win in four games for the Raptors.

Emma Lundell, Hibbing/Chisholm. The senior forward led the Bluejackets' attack on Nov. 26 with a season-best five points, as Lundell scored four goals and added an assist in Hibbing/Chisholm's 6-0 triumph over North Shore. Lundell recorded back-to-back goals 14 seconds apart in the first period, then tallied a shorthanded assist and two more goals in the second period.

Ellah Hause, Hill-Murray. The freshman defender recorded her first points of the season, tallying four points to help Hill-Murray break a three-game winless streak in the Pioneers' 7-2 defeat of South St. Paul on Nov. 26. Hause scored early in the second period to put the Pioneers on the board before adding two assists and another goal later.

Avery Stilwell, Litchfield/Dassel-Cokato. Stilwell, junior goaltender, earned her third shutout of the season and helped extend the Dragons’ win streak to four games on Nov. 26. She made a season-high 45 saves in 1-0 overtime win against New Ulm.

Madalyn Spaeth, Moorhead. Despite Spaeth’s first goal of the game being tallied just 18 seconds after the opening faceoff, the Spuds found themselves facing a 3-1 deficit against East Grand Forks midway through the first period on Nov. 26. Spaeth recorded an assist in the second period, but the Spuds still trailed by three by the end of the middle period. In the third period, Spaeth led a Spuds’ comeback, tallying a goal and an assist within the first five minutes before assisting on the game-winning goal late in Moorhead's 7-6 defeat of East Grand Forks.

Ava Stanchina, Northfield. The forward is off to an impressive freshman campaign, as she averaged two points per game through the Raiders’ first five contests — all wins — this season. In Northfield's 4-1 victory over Red Wing on Nov. 26, Stanchina scored midway through the second period to tie it 1-1 before tallying three points — an assist and two goals — within 5 minutes, 2 seconds during the third period to give the Raiders the lead.

Lindsey Batz, Robbinsdale Armstrong/Cooper. The junior goaltender earned her second shutout of the season, making 37 saves in a 5-0 win at Totino-Grace on Nov. 30. The shutout snapped the Wings’ four-game winless streak.

Ali Granovsky, Roseville. In Roseville’s 6-5 victory at Cretin-Derham Hall on Nov. 26, the senior forward scored four goals — including two on the power play and one shorthanded. Granovsky scored once each period before burying her final goal, the game-winner, nine seconds into overtime.

Maya Marston, White Bear Lake. The freshman goalie earned two wins in net for the Bears last week, backing victories at Mounds View (3-2 on Nov. 26) and Hibbing/Chisholm (2-1, OT three days later). Marston made 27 saves (.931 save percentage) against Mounds View and stopped 39 shots (.975 save percentage) at Hibbing/Chisholm.
