We task our reporters with identifying several intriguing games throughout the state to assemble our Top Games of the Week. The matchups are presented in no particular order, and when there are additional games we want to highlight, we’ll include them with brief notes.






Other games to keep an eye on

Benilde-St. Margaret’s vs. Eden Prairie, 7 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 30. Junior goaltender Molly Goergen leads No. 3-2A Eden Prairie (15-6-1, 3-6-0) against high-scoring forward Mary Zavoral (16 goals) and Benilde-St. Margaret’s (16-6-0, 7-0-0).

Chisago Lakes vs. Rochester Lourdes, 6 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 28. Minnesota Duluth commit Jenna Lawry (25-26-51) leads No. 8-1A Chisago Lakes (12-5-3, 5-0-0) against No. 10-1A Rochester Lourdes (13-9-0) and top goal-scorer Sarah Dravis (21).

Holy Family Catholic vs. Hutchinson, 7 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 28. No. 7-1A Hutchinson (15-6-0, 7-3-0) represents perhaps the last chance for a Wright County Conference team to knock off league leader No. 8-2A Holy Family Catholic (18-5-0, 9-0-0) and scoring star Grayson Limke (16-10-26).
