Peyton Hemp
Andover, junior, forward
College plans: Minnesota
Her cannon shot makes her dangerous from everywhere. Stats: 25 goals, 28 assists. 

Sydney Langseth
Eden Prairie, senior, forward
College plans: Minnesota State
Ms. Hockey Award finalist uses keen vision and deft hands to control the puck. Stats: 34 goals, 40 assists.

Brieja Parent
Forest Lake, senior, forward
College plans: Minnesota-Duluth
Drew raves while posting one of the best seasons in program history. Stats: 33 goals. 30 assists.

Vivian Jungels
Edina, sophomore, defense
College plans: Minnesota
One coach called the dynamic-skating defender “the whole package.” Stats: 14 goals, 27 assists.

Maggie Nicholson
Minnetonka, senior, defense
College plans: Minnesota
Won a gold medal with the U.S. Under-18 women’s national team. Stats: five goals, 18 assists. 

Keni Allen
Apple Valley, senior, goaltender
College plans: Undecided
The heartbeat of the Eagles’ first conference championship team since 1997. Stats: 20-7, 1.78 goals-against average, .928 saves percentage. Four shutouts.

How the team was chosen

The Star Tribune’s All-Metro teams and Metro Player of the Year were chosen based on nominations from metro-area coaches, conversations with a panel of coaches and staff observations.
