And the winner is...MN Girls' Hockey Hub Top Performer revealed

See who fans voted as the Top Performer from Jan. 2-7.

Athletes are considered for the weekly top performer poll only if their stats are entered on the MN Girls' Hockey Hub by 10 a.m. on Sundays. If coaches or members of their staffs need access to enter stats, please email scores@nbcuni.com


Top Performer winner

Alayna Smith, Mankato West. Smith was tested early and often in her team's game against Windom on Jan. 5. After the dust settled, Smith finished with 55 saves in a game that ended in a 4-4 tie.

Top performer candidates

Rose Aldridge, Northern Lakes. Aldridge did it all this week for her squad. On Jan. 5 she netted a hat trick while also dishing out a pair of assists against Detroit Lakes. Two days later, she dished out three assists while scoring two goals.

Lilyana Newman, Worthington. Going up against Fairmont on Jan. 5, Newman pitched a 36-save shutout, which was crucial to her team salvaging a 0-0 tie.

Allison Roe, Red Wing. Roe was having no issue finding teammates in her team's game against Austin on Jan. 5 as she dished out six assists in her team's 11-3 win.

Mercury Bischoff, Grand Rapids-Greenway. Bischoff had quite the day in her team's game against Northern Tier on Jan. 6 as she scored five times herself while also dishing out an assist in a 9-0 win.
