Warroad shows its strength in victory over Hill-Murray

• WARROAD 7, HILL-MURRAY 3: The No. 1, Class 1A Warriors jumped on host Hill-Murray early and didn’t give the Pioneers any hope of an upset, scoring the first four goals of the game en route to the victory. Karley Sylvester scored two goals and added three helpers for Warroad.

 EDINA 6, ROSEAU 0: Greer Vogl had a hat trick, and Maddie Dahl stopped all 19 shots she faced in the Hornets’ shut out victory over the Rams. Edina scored two goals in each period.

• BENILDE-ST. MARGARET’S 7, GRAND RAPIDS/GREENWAY 2: Freshman Caitlin Reilly scored a career-high four goals as the visiting Red Knights overwhelmed the Lightning. Benilde-St. Margaret’s outshot Grand Rapids/Greenway 45-11.
