Lakeville South 2, Lakeville North 1, OT. Kyah Orr scored a power play goal 1:23 into overtime to lead No. 7-2A Lakeville South to victory over Lakeville North. Lakeville South’s other goal also came on the power play, as Josie Saufferer notched the first goal of the game just over three minutes in. Lakeville South’s Lexi Baker recorded 22 saves for the win, while Lakeville North’s Kallie Schneider made 32 saves.

Cretin-Derham Hall 2, Stillwater 1. Stillwater ruined Carly Novak’s shutout bid with just under one minute to play in the third period, but it wasn’t enough as Cretin-Derham Hall’s two first-period goals stood for the win. Erin Meyers scored both goals for No. 10-2A Cretin-Derham Hall, while Novak recorded 19 saves for the win. Stillwater’s Olivia Knox made 27 saves.

East Grand Forks 4, Grand Forks (N.D.) 3 OT. Katelin Peterson scored the first two goals of the match for Grand Forks (N.D.).  East Grand Forks responded swiftly, as junior Tyra Chupka and freshman Kylie Stauss scored late in the first period 20 seconds apart. Down 3-2, East Grand Forks sophomore Madison McDonald scored a goal with less than a minute in regulation to send the game to overtime, where the Green Wave won in a shootout.

Delano/Rockford 2, New Prague 1. Senior Rylan Bistodeau scored the first goal of the game for Delano/Rockford late in the first period. Sophomore Kaitlyn Blair tied the game late in the second period for New Prague, but junior Jamie Byrne scored the game-winning goal for Delano/Rockford with less than 30 seconds left in regulation.

Fairmont 1, Luverne 1 OT. Senior Myah Lytle scored the first goal of the match midway through the second period putting Fairmont up 1-0 heading into the third period. Luverne senior Madison Crabtree tied the game 6:56 into the third. Fairmont senior goalie Sadie Sandersfeld saved 23 of 24 shots on goal, while Luverne junior goalie Emilie Bartels saved 27 of 28.

Fergus Falls 4, Moorhead 3. Senior Paige Saurdiff scored the first goal of the game, putting Moorhead up 1-0 heading into the second period. Sophomore Sophie Rausch tied the match 1-1 after her goal late in the second period on a power play. Fergus Falls proceeded to catch fire, scoring the next three goals early in the third period – a lead which they held throughout the rest of the match.

Eastview 2, Burnsville 0. Eastview’s first goal just 13 seconds into the game off the stick of Natalie Snodgrass was all the offense the Lightning needed in their shutout victory over the Blaze. Snodgrass leads Eastview in goals (13) and points (17). Annie Luzum provided the other Eastview goal late in the first period. Burnsville’s Riley Pester stopped 29 shots, while Eastview’s Amelia Julian had 17 saves in the win.

Blake 4, Breck 2. Lucy Burton had a hand in every Blake goal, recording two goals and two assist to defeat No. 2-1A Breck. The teams traded off scoring the game’s first four goals before No. 1-1A Blake scored two unanswered - one late in the second and the last with under three minutes left in the game. Blake’s Anna Kruesel stopped 11 shots, while Breck’s Ally Frantzick recorded 31 saves.

White Bear Lake 3, Park of Cottage Grove 0. Calla Frank stopped all 29 shots she faced to back White Bear Lake to a shutout win. Sydney Shearen, who leads her team in goals (21), assists (12), and points (33), scored two goals - one of them short-handed - and added an assist to lead the Bears’ offense. Park of Cottage Grove’s Bryce Boreen made 25 saves.

Sartell/Sauk Rapids 4, Buffalo 2. Eight players found their way onto the score sheet for Sartell/Sauk Rapids, with sophomore Libby Asper recording the eventual game-winner in the second period. Chloe Stockinger stopped 32 shots for Sartell/Sauk Rapids, while Anna Monsrud (7 saves) and Kennedy Sohler (13 saves) split goaltending duties for Buffalo.
