Hopkins shuts out Buffalo

EDEN PRAIRIE 5, WAYZATA 4 (OT): Alicia Kruse scored a power-play goal with 52 seconds remaining in overtime, giving the Eagles a victory over the Trojans in the Lake. Eden Prairie’s Allie LaCombe scored an unassisted short-handed goal with 5 minutes, 48 seconds left in regulation, tying it at five.

HOPKINS 1, BUFFALO 0: Corbin Boyd scored the lone goal on a power-play midway through the second period as the Royals shut out the Bison. Hayley Nybo stopped all 26 shots she faced to register the shutout for Hopkins.

CHISAGO LAKES 6, TOTINO-GRACE 3: Megan Lushanko had a hand in the Wildcats' last five goals (four goals and one assist) in a North Suburban victory over the Eagles. Lushanko scored four consecutive Wildcats goals.

EASTVIEW 7, BLOOMINGTON JEFFERSON 2: Emily Snodgrass had a natural hat trick in the second period of Eastview’s victory over the Jaguars in the South Suburban. Snodgrass also had four assists on the night.

ROGERS 7, PRINCETON 1: Emily Antony nearly doubled her goal total for the year.  She scored two unassisted goals and added a third for a hat trick in the Royals’ victory over the Tigers. Antony entered the game with four goals on the season.
