Wayzata 3, Benilde-St. Margaret’s 2, OT. Emily Wisnewski scored 3:24 into the extra frame to lift Wayzata over Benilde-St. Margarets. Annika Swanson and Alexa Ocel scored Wayzata’s first two goals. Stephanie Garvis made 25 saves in the win for Wayzata, while Carly Greene of Benilde-St. Margaret’s stopped 28 shots.

Mahtomedi 3, Minnehaha United 2, OT. Lauren Heinsch scored two goals, including the game-winner 1:45 into overtime, to send Mahtomedi past Minnehaha United. Johanna Ficcadenti made 13 saves in the win. Ellen Seibel scored both of Minnehaha United’s goals, and Lauren Schommer made 36 saves.

Rogers 3, Spring Lake Park/Coon Rapids 2. Paetyn Levis scored two goals, including the eventual game-winner midway through the third period, to lead Rogers to the win. Levis ranks sixth in the state with 43 goals this season. Kaitlynn Lloyd tallied three points for the Royals, including one goal and two assists, and Hailey Hartlage had 19 saves in the win. Sami Miller of Spring Lake Park/Coon Rapids made 30 saves.

Henry Sibley 4, Simley 3. Laura Friedmann scored a shorthanded goal with 2:15 left in the third period to give Henry Sibley the win. Annie Gydesen scored twice for the Warriors, with Friedmann assisting on Gydesen’s first goal. Paige Erickson made 29 saves for the win, while Simley’s Natalie Biggs made 16.

Forest Lake 5, Grand Rapids/Greenway 4. Kayla Kasel scored 1:37 into overtime to complete a hat trick and lead Forest Lake to the win. Madi Nolan also tallied three points for the Rangers, scoring one goal and adding two assists. Josie Bothun made 29 saves in the win, while Paige Hemphill of Grand Rapids/Greenway made 26.

Elk River/Zimmerman 2, Andover 0. Goaltender Megan Jung was perfect in net, stopping all 11 shots she faced in a win over Andover. Andrea Westgaard scored on Elk River/Zimmerman’s only power play of the game and Reilly Springman added the team’s second goal less than two minutes later. Andover’s Cassidy Stumo stopped 27 of 29 shots.

Brainerd/Little Falls 5, Buffalo 3. Allyson Smith scored the eventual game-winning goal and added two assists to lead Brainerd/Little Falls past Buffalo. Nine players made it onto the score sheet for Brainerd/Little Falls, with each of its goals being scored by different players. Olivia King made 9 saves for the win, while Buffalo’s Kennedy Sohler stopped 42 shots, including 20 in the final period.

Roseau 4, North Wright County 1. Lindsey Santl had a hand in all of Roseau’s goals, scoring two and assisting on two. Roseau goaltender Kiana Flaig had a shutout bid going through late in the third period until Mackenzie Bourgerie of North Wright County scored with less than three minutes remaining in the period. Flaig made 19 saves, while North Wright County’s Anna LaRose made 36.

White Bear Lake 4, North/Tartan 0. Sophomore Calla Frank recorded her ninth shutout of the season, stopping all 24 shots she faced. Claudia Verkerke scored on the Bears’ only power play chance and later added an assist. Abby DeLaRosa and Ashley Healy also added two points each. Olivia Schultz of North/Tartan made 25 saves.

Hill-Murray 6, Irondale 1. Hill-Murray scored six unanswered goals en route to a win over Irondale. Four players had multi-goal games for the Pioneers, including Morgan Helgeson who scored two third-period goals. The Pioneers went 3-for-4 on the power play. Hill-Murray’s Ava Bailey shopped 13 shots. Hannah Rupp of Irondale stopped 35.

Hopkins/Park 7, North Metro 2. Stella Haberman recorded two goals and two assists to lead Hopkins/Park over North Metro. Annika Patterson and Kylie Hanley tallied three points in the win, each picking up one goal and two assists. Annika Carlander stopped 15 shots for Hopkins/Park, while North Metro’s Sophie Almquist made 28 saves.

South St. Paul 7, St. Paul Blades 0. Mackenna Emery scored four goals and added an assist in South St. Paul’s dominating win. Ella Reynolds also contributed five points, including one goal and four assists. South St. Paul went 2-for-3 on the power play and scored twice shorthanded. South St. Paul’s Kaity McKenzie stopped 14 shots. Taylor Nelson of St. Paul Blades made 41 saves.

Cretin-Derham Hall 9, Robbinsdale Armstrong/Cooper 2. Olivia Garrity recorded a hat trick and added an assist for the Raiders. Six skaters registered two points for the Raiders, and Megan Meyers made 8 saves in the win. Leah O’Brien scored both goals for Robbinsdale Armstrong/Cooper, and Kaylee Launderville stopped 28 shots.
