Mahtomedi 4, Hudson 3, OT. Erika Broten was the overtime hero for the Zephyrs, scoring the game-winning goal 4:54 into the extra frame her second point of the game. Allie Franco had a hand in all Zephyr goals, scoring the team’s third goal and assisting on all others. Johanna Ficcadenti earned the win in net with 28 saves, while the Raiders’ Cassie Schultz stopped 15 shots.

Eagan 3, Lakeville North 2, OT. The Wildcats overcame the odds after taking a penalty in overtime, as Kayla Vrieze scored the game-winner short-handed. The Panthers’ Peyton Cullaton recorded the only two goals through the first two periods to give the Panthers the lead before Jenna Ruiz and Julia Barger each tallied a third-period goal to tie the game and send it to extra time. Maddie Nickell stopped 20 shots to earn the win in net, while the Panthers’ Kallie Schneider made 30 saves.

Rogers 3, Anoka 3, OT. Abby Johnson scored the biggest goal of the game for the Royals, finding the back of the net with just 27 seconds left in the third period the Royals’ first goal in more than two full periods of play to send the game to overtime. Allison Hatcher assisted on Johnson’s goal after getting the Royals on the board first, scoring less than three minutes into the game. Madison Mashuga scored two goals for the Tornadoes on the power play as Victoria Neumann assisted on both. Goaltender Hailey Hartlage made 26 saves for the Royals while Makrista Cameron made 24 saves for the Tornadoes.

Eastview 1, Farmington 0. Nora Stepan’s first-period goal was all the Lightning needed to defeat the Tigers, as Amelia Julian was perfect in net, making 26 saves. Mikayla Kelley recorded the helper on Stepan’s goal. The Tigers’ Abby Bollig stopped 21 shots.

Delano/Rockford 3, Mound Westonka 2. Anna Keranen scored her second goal of the game late in the second period to put the Tigers ahead for the third time a lead that would hold through the remainder of the game. Emily Olson assisted on all three Tiger goals as Karly Schmidt made 27 saves in net. Emily Schepers scored both White Hawk goals while Taylor Smith stopped 36 shots.

Lakeville South 4, Burnsville 2. Josie Saufferer recorded a hat trick to lead the Cougar offense as goaltender Lexi Baker backed the win with 22 saves. Riley Pester stopped 20 shots for the Blaze.
