And the winner is...MN Girls' Hockey Hub Top Performer revealed

Athletes are considered for the weekly top performer poll only if their stats are entered on the MN Girls' Hockey Hub by 10 a.m. on Sundays. If coaches or members of their staffs need access to enter stats, please email mnhubs@sportngin.com.


Top performer winner

Avery Stilwell, Litchfield/Dassel-Cokato. In a 1-1 overtime tie against Orono, the sophomore goaltender faced 52 shots and posted a .981 save percentage while giving up her only goal on a penalty kill.

Top performer candidates

Kylee Hopp, Prairie Centre. The senior forward had a career game, recording five goals and two assists in the Blue Devils' 10-0 win over Morris Area/Benson. Hopp ranks fifth in the state with 27 goals.

Victoria Johnson, Rochester Century. The senior forward, who is fourth in the state in assists (26) and fifth in points (46), recorded her ninth consecutive multi-point game in a 7-2 win over Windom, scoring four goals and adding two assists.

Kelsey King, Elk River/Zimmerman. A senior forward averaging over three points per game and leading the state in goals (35) and points (52), King scored in the first period and added a third-period power-play assist before scoring the game-winner in overtime as the Elks defeated Roseville 4-3.

Taylor Nelson, Cloquet-Esko-Carlson. The junior forward registered her third consecutive game tallying four or more points in the Lumberjacks' 6-1 win over Hayward Co-Op (Wisc.). Nelson scored three goals and added two assists, including one on the power play.

Jillian Oncay, St. Paul United. In net, Oncay posted a .967 save percentage, giving up just one goal while stopping 40 shots in a 2-1 win over Mahtomedi.

Ramsey Parent, Blaine. The senior forward led the Bengals in a 5-4 win over Edina, assisting on three of the first four goals before scoring the game-winner short-handed with 1 minute, 11 seconds left in the third period.

Lilie Ramirez, South St. Paul. The freshman defender recorded her second four-point game of the season in a 5-1 win over Simley. Ramirez scored once and added three assists, including two on the power play.  

Sophie Rausch, Fergus Falls. The senior forward tallied a season-high six points in an 8-1 victory over Willmar. Rausch scored three goals and added three assists, including one short-handed. Rausch is tied for seventh in the state in goals (23) and ninth in points (42).

Chloe Stockinger, Sartell/Sauk Rapids. The junior goaltender recorded her third consecutive shutout, making 32 saves as the Sabres defeated Alexandria 1-0 in overtime. Stockinger ranks sixth in the state in both goals against average (1.36) and save percentage (.944).
